Lamest Office Prank Ever

Everyone seems to be so enamored with this ridiculous Flickr photo posted yesterday of an "office prank."  Tops on Digg.  Tops on Reddit.  I'm sure if my grandmother was on the web she'd have forward it to me.

Here's the thing, though: It might look like a funny picture of a funny prank at first, but it's not.

Imagine you are the intern on your first day.  You'd come in, and you'd be like, "Um, this is retarded."  Then you'd start to calmly grab another chair, and some idiot would be like, "Oh my god!  We got you so good!" and she would be pointing and laughing hysterically.  And you'd be like, "What is wrong with you people?"

Judy from HR would be wheezing so hard with excitement she almost collapses.  And you'd be like, "Um, yeah, I can get an internship anywhere.  I went to Duke."  And you'd walk out of the office, but these jerks would still be cracking themselves up.  They'd probably be talking about for the next 20 years until they've worked themselves to an early grave.

What a prank!
