Lol Nazis
This is the exact image your parents had in their head when they warned you not to get a tattoo because you might regret it later.
This tattoo is an enigma wrapped in a mystery with a decorative, racist bow on top.
Is he a Jew LOLing away at the Nazis as a sign of disrespect? Well, judging by (1) Jews not being allowed to get tattoos and (2) his lack of sufficient chest hair, that doesn't seem to be the case.
Maybe he's trying to tell us that Nazis have four times the laughs? But how could fellow Nazis ever take him seriously with at tat like that.
That leaves my last explanation, which is that it just doesn't make any sense. And since making sense of things is a sign of intelligence, that explanation obviously fits this guy really well.
