The Footlong Cheeseburger
BuzzFeed has declared this food item "your new Double Down."
The Footlong Cheeseburger is the brainchild of Carl's Jr., per capita, possibly the worst fast food chain in America, assuming you haven't recently been to any freeway rest stops and encountered a Roy Rogers. Carl's Jr. are the people that thought acquiring Hardee's was a good idea. But I digress.
A blogger on Foodbeast not only tried the Footlong Cheeseburger and wrote up his experience, but also created an entire gallery of photos. It looks like someone took a few terrible Carl's Jr. burgers and tossed them on a Subway bun. (Subway also being a competitor in the worst restaurant chain battle.)
But I've previously proven I'm willing to eat anything. I'll be out in California in a few weeks. If the Internet buzz continues to build on this monstrosity, I'll give it a try.
