Awesome Lawyer Argument of the Week
A 26 year old woman in Italy was questioned by police officers after applying sunscreen on a topless beach in a way that 'troubled' a nearby mother's 12 and 14 year old sons.
Legally the woman was doing nothing wrong by being topless but the mother got the police anyway because her young sons were admiring the sunbather while she applied lotion.
Her lawyer said of the incident:
"Let's be clear my client is tall, brunette and has an ample breast and is therefore going to naturally be sensuous when she applies cream to her chest."
It's not her fault everyone stares. She's just a sexy woman trying to protect her young, voluptuous body from harmful UV rays. Back off, Mom.
