On Monday, Dustin Curtis sent out the tweet above and created a bit of a stir. People simply can't believe that 3% of all of Twitter is used up by the Bieb.
It makes sense to me: I've dedicated racks of servers to homemade Justin Bieber tribute videos in my apartment alone. Why should Twitter be any different?
