I get a lot of slack for posting cat videos on here even though 99.9% of the time the animal videos are Mike's. But I'll go ahead and take the credit for this one.

It's a song some guy wrote about his dumb, lazy cat. And somehow it is YOUR FAVORITE BLOG POST OF THE ENTIRE YEAR.

We're occasionally forced to throw some show content on here for you guys to watch. Which you do—undoubtedly just to waste time until our next blog post. Right? Right.

Every week, two of our most popular posts are the Tosh.0 Caption Challenge and Rename This Video.

A number of you have these competitions down to a science and are competing for a victory week in and week out.

Somehow, out of about 50 Caption Challenges, 4 people combined to win a total of 10 times.  So we'd like to recognize our most victorious Caption Challengers, John Huntington and Dave Stretton, who both won 3 times each.  May you never explode like that other Challenger.  Honorable mentions go to Brett Adams and Matthew Muntean who each won twice.

Rename This Video only had one multi-week winner: Gary Huskey.  So congratulations to this year's top Renamer, Gary!  It's funny because Gary obviously spends way too much time thinking about Rename This Video.

But it's worth noting that Dave Stretton also won a Rename This Video.  Though it only happened once, that means Dave had more combined victories than anyone else.

Therefore, we have no choice but to declare Dave Stretton the "Tosh.0 Blog Commenter of the Year for 2011!"

Congrats, Dave!  Take your bragging rights back to the WITards.

You guys are some vocal sons of bitches! Especially if you hate something. Like, say, Miley Cyrus' music. And that's why the post Miley Cyrus' Performance Of Nirvana Is The Exact Opposite Of Nirvana came in as the most commented post of 2011. For those of you who didn't get to say something horrible regarding Kurt Cobain's suicide the first time, now's your chance!

Runner-up goes to I Think I've Been Shopping At The Wrong Walmart. And a well-deserved third place goes to A Tale of Two Backs.

Despite how it may seem, our goal on the Tosh.0 blog is to make you happy.

Turns out what makes you most happy is beer pong, because our post from 2011 with the most views — by a wide margin — was "Target Knows What You Need For College."

When your alcoholism isn't raging, music is another pastime: the runner up for most popular post went to the dancing vid "Behind Every Great Woman…" and the bronze went to the Rebecca Black post "Songwriting Isn't For Everyone."

On that note, we'd like to thank everyone who has ever visited the Tosh.0 blog, especially those of you who are sticking through these painfully long-winded Tosh.0 Blog Awards!

2011 was easily our most popular year on the blog.  We set records for biggest week ever and best month ever.  Every week, well over 1 million of you stop by to read terrible jokes we wrote about things we found on better websites.

…and for that, Carly and I thank you.

Now I'm off to spend the pile of money I earned doing the easiest job ever.

Alec is right.  There was only one Fan Favorite video in 2011 that was posted twice…  the Asian Christopher Walken Mash-Up.

No, I don't think so.  I'm sure that would be the Kid Car Breakdown.

But I told you I was never posting the Kid Car Breakdown again, and I'm a man of my word.  So here's Alec's crappy suggestion.

Not only did I molest your ears with this music and your eyes with these nipples, I also called what is clearly a recorder a flute. And so this Flute Tribute To Sting wins as my worst post of 2011.

I've got pages and pages of honorable mentions. Banana driving a car, Antoine Dodson dancing topless for four minutes, this guy yelling at trucks, our in-depth look at the size of Cee-Lo Green's hands, and most of what I posted this past month came close to nabbing the top spot.

Imagine if your work was permanently published online. There would be some regrettable moments.

But, hey, I did save you guys from this! So overall I'd say the year was a success.

One of my favorite things online this year was Nightmares Fear Factory's photostream. While looking through pages and pages of these priceless pictures I noticed a theme. And so the post People Pulling Other People's Shirts at the Scariest Part of a Haunted House was born.

If at least one of these isn't framed in front of your toilet you're really missing out.

I don't feel the need to explain myself here. "You Look Just Like Your Mother…I know. Fuck." is clearly the best picture that has ever been posted on this, or any, blog.

Of course like any good parent I have my one favorite child and then it's a tie between the rest of them. The girl with the very long penis, the guy who stabbed someone in the middle of a haircut, and the badass mofo with a pet bunny all hold a special place in my heart.
