Yes, this is it: the first ever Web Redemption from the first ever episode.

A little history lesson for you: Tosh.0 debuted on June 4th, 2009.

To put that in perspective: a still active Black Eyed Peas had the #1 song in America, the Jersey Shore was simply known as a place high school kids went to get drunk the week after they graduated, and Osama Bin Laden was relaxing comfortably in his Pakistani compound.

My, how things have changed.

Yes, last night marked the season finale for the first season of what is obviously your new favorite show, Tosh.0.

Here's the good news: The Tosh.0 Blog will keep going strong during the upcoming brief hiatus with new posts every day, Monday through Friday, just like you've come to expect.  Sweet, right?

And you'll definitely want to keep your eyes on the blog for when we announce details for Tosh.0 Season 2!  That's right.  They're bringing us back.  Talk about overcoming the odds.  We could make a Web Redemption for ourselves!

Poor Afro-Ninja: Etched in annals of Internet lore for failing to perform a back-flip and plunging face-first into the ground.  But behind the afro and numchucks and black track jacket lurks a man — a human being who deserves better than the cards millions of vid viewers have dealt him.

Here at Tosh.0, we offer the opportunity for those disgraced on the web to redeem themselves. Don't cry for Mark Allen Hicks (aka Afro-Ninja), a successful stuntman and actor: We found him and he's doing just fine. But more importantly, we offered him a chance to to finish that fateful flip.
