Here's a cool concept from a couple of Photoshop artists: What would classic album covers look like with only the surviving members?
The Beatles' Abbey Road seemed like the most accessible example. But my personal favorite is T.Rex's Electric Warrior…
It has an "Uh, he isn't coming out to play this show, is he?" vibe going on.
But the moral here is clear: musicians die younger than all of the rest of us.
