The Internet is getting all excited over it's new favorite book: The Right to Arm Bears by Gordon R. Dickson.
BuzzFeed went ahead and called it "The Greatest Book Of All Time."
Well, I hate to break it to you, but I'm pretty sure Mr. Dickson stole the plot of that book from a T-shirt I bought my girlfriend in Lake Tahoe…
Greatest book of all time?? More like greatest boyfriend of all time. Me.
[NOTE: I'm willing to accept that there's a chance the book may have come before the T shirt. But can my girlfriend wear the fucking book? No. So fuck the book.]

We see countless irrelevant comments. Our favorite this week came from Adam Rakich in response to a promo for new episodes of Tosh.0.
I'm assuming Adam actually wants an answer seeing how his comment is apropos of nothing. (Quick! Look up the word apropos. You back? Okay.)
Well, Adam. I'll answer your question with a question:
Do one-legged ducks swim in circles?
A four-year-old that's smart enough to use the word horrendous is smart enough to know when a football team sucks.
Go Steelers.

Last Friday, we showed you "Street Surfer Skids Into Building" and asked you to give us a better title.
We picked five of our favorites and now it's your chance to vote on a winner.
Vote below! Then check back this Friday for the results and a new video.

Wondering what you missed on the Internet over the weekend? Well, I'll tell you…
Bears!
Someone dredged up the above photo of two bears simultaneously scratching their backs on a sign post from the National Geographic website. It's filed under the magazine's "Tops Shots 2007."
Now, you may ask me, "Mike, why the heck would I want to look at a two year old picture of bears scratching their behinds to start off my work week?"
Let me answer that question with two additional questions, "Isn't this possibly the best picture of two bears simultaneously scratching their backsides on a sign post that you've ever seen? Is that not reason enough?"
To which you would most likely answer, "Yes and no."
Fair enough.
But seriously, this bear picture was the best thing I saw all weekend on the Internet. Even websites need a couple days off from the daily grind.

Apparently, on May 20th of this year, someone thought it would be hilarious to start a new Tumblr blog entitled, Bears I'm Jealous Of.
Upon seeing the blog, I was disappointed. The pictures (of possibly gay/bisexual men) aren't particularly well-chosen or funny. Though the theme is obvious, the execution never congeals into the concept.
Apparently, however, someone else was just disappointed that the blog wasn't about actual bears…
Thus, we now have Literal Bears I'm Jealous Of — a site that affected me far more deeply. Seeing these bears relax, frolic and explore made me long for the simpler life enjoyed by one of nature's happiest creatures… the bear.
The moral of this story: The blogosphere is an open discussion — a call and response, if you will — whereby one is able to create the reality of their choosing. Be free to feel jealous of whatever bears you see fit today! For tomorrow, both these blogs will probably never be updated again.
