Meet Vilena. She put this image of herself on a social network in Russia. Usually, a profile picture should do a better job of showing your face — that way, people know which "Vilena" profile is which. But Vilena's photo still works since it highlights her most distinguishing feature.

Ever since Vilena put up her picture, Russian women have been mocking the "Vilena-style photo" by taking their own photographs in the same pose. English Russia — the self-described "Eastern Entertainment Channel" — has a stockpile of examples.

In Russia, it seems that there's some debate as to why this photo is actually a popular thing to parody. As English Russia explains:

Some people say because of her enormous bottom compared to face, some say just because of the look of her eyes, some are sure that just in overall this photo is cool.

I'm surprised there's any discussion. I don't know how things are on the Russian internet, but on the American internet, given those three things to make fun of, the huge ass would for sure take the cake.
