We're barely even halfway through Season 3 and already good news from Comedy Central…  We've been picked up for a 4th season!

The year 2012 will see 26 new episodes of Tosh.0 on Comedy Central …just as the Mayans predicted.

Here's what the bigwigs at the network had to say:

Said Kent Alterman [head of original programming and production at Comedy Central], "Daniel is still trying to figure out what his show is and we thought it would only be right to give him another season to work it out, especially since so many millions of people are watching it."

Said Tosh, "Thanks guys."

Even the blog got a shout out in the recent announcement.  That's right.  Turns out we're keeping our jobs as well.  And not only that, we were called "über-popular."  That means we're big in Germany.

Season 4 is slated to begin in January 2012.  But no reason to look that far ahead.  There is still plenty of Season 3 to make 2011 a decent year too.
