When I was in kindergarden, I had to stay in one recess because I drew a picture of a butt pooping and gave it to Valerie Johnson. I didn't like her.

If only we could have fast forwarded time twenty years ahead from then, when kindergardeners know how to use computers and we have all kinds of ways to make butts online, perhaps Mrs. Porter wouldn't have been so quick to punish me.

What I'm saying is; I was ahead of my time and a child genius.

You may have thought in 1994 when you got detention for something stupid that you'd never have a chance to prove it was unjust.  Unless, of course, you had predicted the rise of the Internet and patiently waited 15 years later to post that note online to prove once and for all you were wrongly punished.  

Perhaps the only case in point?  This amazing dude who kept this letter and did just that:
