Rapper Gucci Mane (I've actually never heard of him but it seems safe to assume he's a rapper) was recently released from a mental health facility.

To celebrate his freedom, he got a new tattoo. It's an ice cream cone with three scoops, two lightning bolts, and one "Brrr". And it's on his face.
