Some Swiss prankster who was at the same hotel as Justin Bieber in Zurich thought it would be a funny idea to dress up like the teen pop star, head to the roof and wave at hoards of adoring fans wandering the streets below.

But come on, Bieber fans.  This is one of the sorriest impression I've ever seen.  Dude's like six foot tall, and yes, there's a lot of glare, but I'm pretty sure he's sporting some light facial hair.

What planning went into this?

Pink shirt?  Check.  White cap?  Check.  Um…  Not a black guy…?  Check.
