It didn't take long for footage of mourning North Koreans to hit YouTube.

I don't speak North Korean, but I believe what they're saying roughly translates into "Who will pay for our acting class now!?"

Justin Bieber is embarking on a world tour and someone who clearly does not understand how the Internet works thought it would be a good idea to have fans decide where he performs. Oh, Bieber's management team, that was a mistake.

Did you not realize what would come of this? Did it not occur to you that the power to vote on Justin Bieber's tour stops may be abused? DO YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE INTERNET? Apparently not.

Coming in at a close second is North Korea! But, for some crazy reason, voting for North Korea has been put on hold. What? Everyone is rooting for North Korea! Everyone wants the Biebs to perform in North Korea!
