Twenty-year-old Michael Baker of Kentucky was charged last month with stealing gasoline from a police cruiser after he posted a photo of the theft on his Facebook page.

No word yet on whether the fashion police made an arrest for the sideways hat.

You know what's criminal? A hit and run.

I think they should just let him go. Can't we agree that being hit by a car is punishment enough? Obviously he really, really doesn't want to go to jail. Otherwise flipping over the hood and landing on concrete would have stopped him.

Come on, people. Show a little compassion. He tried to rob a liquor store. The cop tried to kill him. I'd say it evens out.
