One of the cool things about ESPN.com's online polls is that they give you a map breaking down the vote by state.
With the Super Bowl coming this week, the poll on the front page of their site was "Which team are you rooting for to win the Super Bowl?"
Right now, the New Orleans Saints have a 56% edge in fan support. Not unexpected, being that they are certainly the sentimental favorite.
But the state-by-state breakdown, seen above, is far more interesting. Louisiana and Indiana are clearly rooting for the home-state team, but some of the other results seem strange.
For instance, WTF, OHIO!
You're too good to root for your neighbor? You got beef with Indiana?? What's up with that? Mississippi gets along with its neighbor! What's your problem?! All your teams are in the AFC. You won't even root for your own conference?!
Who you rooting for on Sunday? And can someone explain to me why Ohio is still on the fence with this one??
