Rappers Kill It At Middle School Talent Show
When I was in 7th grade my best friend Jocelyn and I did a project for our Social Studies class on artificial insemination.
The assignment was to make an educational video and, of course, everyone else took the easy route.
Our classmates filmed themselves baking cakes and giving their pets a bath. But Jocelyn and I wanted to educate our peers on something more meaningful. So, naturally, we tackled the topic of infertility.
I dressed up as a doctor and my brother and Jocelyn were my patients. And by the end of our educational video, they had birthed a tiny baby!
As you can imagine, the project was magnificent.
But for some reason our teacher wouldn't less us show the class. In fact, we were told not to speak of it again.
I guess what I'm saying is, we all did things in middle school that maybe we shouldn't have been so proud of.
