That's just a great headline. That's what that is.
This man being pulled over by Highway Patrol could care less about the $500 ticket he's receiving. He can afford it. What he can't afford is to have some fat, lazy, non-relevant, non-factor ass who doesn't drive nothing nice recording the whole thing. Fair enough.
