I'd vote for Danielle Smith. She really is the breast candidate.

They Don't Make Ads Like They Used To… Sexistly

Posted by: Mike Pomranz | August 11, 2011 at 12:00PM

Someone titled this video "The Most Sexist Ad of All Time."

But come on!  It was a different time back then!

You see, nowadays it's considered a "stereotype" that women can't drive.  But back in the '60s, it was considered a "fact" that women can't drive.

But so is progress.  In another 50 years, maybe women will finally be able to parallel park.

To Hell With Tweeting

Posted by: Mike Pomranz | November 10, 2009 at 5:00PM

tweet-if-we-knew-how

Some people are perfectly happy to stay behind the curve.

Take the tire company above: TireDiscounters.  (They cut costs by not bothering to pay for spaces between words and pass the savings on to you!)  They spit in the face of modern technology, firmly stating that "We'd tweet if we knew how or y."

Their stance is firm: No to Twitter.

Or so one might think on first glance…

On second thought, maybe this sign is an earnest cry for help.  Maybe they really do want to know how and why to use Twitter, and, being as un-technologically savvy as they obviously are, using a giant sign out front of their store is the only way they know how to get help.

They'd probably ask this question on Answers.com if only they knew how or y to use that site either.

Biking Without Tires

Posted by: Chris Lesinski | July 9, 2009 at 1:17PM

Fixed-gear bikes are all the rage. Some hipsters are taking it to the next level with tireless bikes (below).

Also, a new trend in driving: fixed steering and no brakes.

(This video is not worth watching for more than a few seconds.)
